HR Executive


Job Title:
HR Executive           Location: Head Office           Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary: The Human Resource Executive is responsible for overlooking the HR functions of the respective region, liaise with the Area HR Associates in getting first hand information on the HR activities of the Areas/Branches, maintain, track and update manpower data and other HR related data that will help in periodic review of HR related issues and also provide solutions to ensure efficient running of entire HR cycle at the respective offices.

Responsibilities: 
  • Provide the full spectrum of HR support in the respective region, being the key interface between HO and respective areas, communicating processes, procedures and policies in line with business needs. 
  • Handle queries related to employment policies and benefits. Communicates employee related policies and ensures adherence to the same 
  • Optimize organizational performance through HR expertise at a regional level covering areas including HR operations, recruiting, performance management, training and employee relations. 
  • Maintain a proactive HR MIS that contains data updated on a daily basis in liaison with the area HR associates. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the employee data, personal files of all employees within the particular region, also ensuring qualitative and quantitative analysis of data in minimum turnaround time. 
  • Provide necessary inputs on the requirement of particular HR interventions for the areas to the HRD Team. Get involved in the design phase to accommodate any customization if needed, implement the interventions and periodically monitor their effectiveness. 
  • Educate employees on Performance Appraisal & Career Development processes & coach them to ensure effective execution. 
  • Assist in identification of behavioral training & development needs for employees. Liaise with the HR training in design and delivery of training programs.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of the local language / Hindi is an advantage. 
  • Self Driven individual with significant flexibility and high mobility. 
  • Ability to think systemically and address core solutions, rather than treat symptoms. 
  • Part of a high-performing corporate and regional HR team with an ability to contribute to the cross-sharing of best practice HR ideas and adapt these to respective areas of business coverage. 
  • Excellent organization skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 
  • Good knowledge of using the Internet and MS-Office; experience with database management is preferred.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Masters in Human Resource Management is a must. 
  • One to Two years of core HR experience is required.
