M R Rao, Managing Director & CEO

M R Rao

M.R.’s expertise lies in managing operations in a large business environment, formulating business strategies and identifying new markets. An alumni of BITS Pilani, he has over 20 years of experience in Profit Centre Management, setting up distribution in Insurance, Retail Banking and Consumer Finance. Prior to SKS, he was associated with ING Vysya Life Insurance, American Express, Esanda Finanz & Leasing Ltd., Instyle Consumer Leasing and DCL Finance Ltd. At SKS, MR has been in the forefront driving it’s amazing growth story.

Dilli Raj, Chief Financial Officer

Dilli Raj

Dilli Raj has 17 years of experience in treasury (fund raising), leasing, corporate credit, taxation, business process reengineering and corporate governance. He is an acknowledged leader in corporate tax planning. He consummated joint venture deals with global giants. Prior to this assignment, Dilli Raj was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of First Leasing Company of India Limited. Mr. Raj has also served as the CEO of a subsidiary. He has done his Master’s in Business Administration from Pondicherry University. At SKS, Dilli Raj has been instrumental in introducing mainstream financial products into microfinance and in smart management of funding initiatives.
