Area Managers

Responsible for managing 15-20 SKS branches, handling a portfolio of 25-30 crores. Represent the organization at the area level, monitor the performance of the branches on various productivity, efficiency and financial parameters. Managing various operational risks at the area level, ensure proper and timely reporting from the area, identify, design and implement any improvements in current systems, work processes and procedures, identify and develop new geographical areas and new products for growth.

Experience & Qualifications:
MBA (Preferred specialization in Rural development or Microfinance). Ability to effectively communicate with the public is required. Good interpersonal skills and strong leadership abilities required.
