Manager (Individual Loan Product)


Job Title: Manager (ILP)            Location: Head Office             Reports To: AVP ILP

Job Summary: The candidate will be traveling across state to facilitate loan disbursal, collection cases, Legal cases, branch activization, training of all staff, quality checks, self audit of ILP cases, customer meets, implementation of policies and process.

Responsibilities:

• Achievement of ILP Targets month on month.
• To control delinquency.
• Daily MIS update on disbursal and collections.
• Quality control.
• Fraud Management.
  

• Besides Team handling experience following is required.
• Must be from NBFC or Banking industry with first hand exp in collections.
• Go getter. Fluency of Local Language must. Must have good knowledge of Excel and other computer skills.
  

• Preferred MBA.
• Minimum work experience of four to five years in hard core sales.
