Vice President – Finance

The VP of Finance reports directly to the CEO and participates in business and strategy planning and analysis. This person must develop a comprehensive capital markets strategy such that SKS can achieve its aggressive growth objectives, including managing and creating relationships with domestic and international lenders and equity holders and exploring various types of investment alternatives, including additional preference equity and structured debt instruments. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the accounting and treasury functions, ensuring that required reporting to the Reserve Bank of India is timely and accurate, and managing the professional development of a growing team of finance and accounting professionals.

Experience & Qualifications:
At least 7-10 years experience in banking or corporate finance, preferably with a multinational corporation (MNC). Must have an MBA or CA/CPA license. Excellent written & verbal English skills required. Strong financial modeling skills required.
