VP – Operations

Responsible for working with senior management to develop and execute short and long-term operations objectives, plans, and policies. Manage field operations soon to be over 100 branches and 1000 employees. Oversee the adequacy and soundness of the financial and human resource requirements of the operations division. Build a strong and effective operations management team to support the organization’s goals and objectives.

Experience & Qualifications:
At least 10 years of relevant experience with a reputable organization. MBA (preferred specialization in rural development or microfinance) or applicable post-graduate degree required.
