Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SKS Microfinance its officers,
directors, owners, agents and employees, harmless from any claim or
demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party
due to or arising out of your use of this Web site or the services
provided herein, your violation of the terms and conditions of this
Web site, or the infringement by you, or other person using the Web
site under your membership identity, of any intellectual property or
other right of any person or entity. SKS reserves the right, at its
own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any

Termination

be grounds for referral of the matter to appropriate law enforcement

submit to, and in any action against SKS to cause SKS solely to
submit to, the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the
courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India, where SKS resides.

any cause of action arising out of or related to this Agreement or
your use of SKS Web site must be commenced within one (1) year after
the cause of action arose; and that your failure to commence an
