Statement
"Management
will use the computerized MIS to obtain, routinely and on
demand, a complete picture of the state and performance of the
organization in relation to our over-riding goal of reducing
poverty through the provision of financial services to the
poor in an efficient and sustainable manner. The system will
give management and staff the power to review performance over
time for the institution as a whole, and across branches,
geographical areas, product lines, service staff, clients, and
any other relevant parameters. Analytic tools would allow for
financial and operational planning and setting of targets, and
the analysis of actual performance relative to targets. Access
to such information will guide management and staff in
effective decision-making. The system will also aid in
effective communication with external parties."
