Human Resource Associate
Location of Position: Head Office

Reports to: Human Resources Manager/ AM - HR
Job Summary: The Human Resource Associate is responsible for providing support to the HR function at Head Office, liaise with the Area HR Associates/ Executives in getting first hand information on the HR activities of the Areas/Branches, maintain, track and update manpower data and other HR related data that will help in periodic review of HR related issues and also provide solutions to ensure efficient running of entire HR cycle at the same.
Responsibilities:
  •  Provide the full spectrum of HR support to the areas assigned, being the key interface between HO and areas, communicating processes, procedures and policies in line with business needs.
  •  Maintain a proactive HR MIS that contains data updated on a daily basis in liaison with the area HR associates. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the employee data and also ensuring qualitative and quantitative analysis of data in minimum turnaround time.
  •  Issue Offer Letters and other deployment letters viz. confirmations, promotions, transfers, relieving letters and experience certificates for the areas assigned.
  •  Maintain MIS data that contains Internal Talent Management policy – IJP process, ID bond, HR policy training for PAN India.
  • Maintain and analyze attrition data and actively involve in the exit interviews with ex-employees.
  • Handle employee grievances at all levels and escalate it to concerned higher authorities for action wherever justified.
  • Use software applications such as spreadsheets, databases, and statistical and graphics packages to locate and compile information and format reports, graphs, tables, records and other information as required by the HR Manager/ AM-HR.
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time based on organizational needs.

Qualifications / Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent knowledge in MS-Office and internet required; experience with database management preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi language is essential and Telugu is an advantage.
  • Excellent organization skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Required Education and Experience:
  •  Bachelors degree / masters in HR is a must.
  •  HR related experience for 6 months to 1 year will be an added advantage.
