Job Summary: Candidate should be well versed with the technique of testing purity of Gold. Should preferably have master’s degree and will be responsible for handling the Branch operations.

Responsibilities:

• To manage Daily operations of the branch and staff.

• To appraise the gold in jewelry to be pledged by the customer

• Shall co-ordinate with the local IGL Branch for sourcing the customers.

• Shall be responsible for all the reports to be sent from the branch.

• Shall be responsible for maintaining all the registers and book of accounts of the branch.

• Shall be responsible for leave and attendance administration of all the staff of the branch.

• Shall be responsible for raising the quarterly or instantaneous admin&facilities requirement of the branch.

• Shall be responsible for sending regular repayment follow ups to the customer and maintaining customer relationship.

• Shall be responsible for the adoption of all the safety measures at the Branch as prescribed by the organization.

• Shall be responsible for carrying out different responsibilities as and when delegated.

Qualifications / Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Should be good in analytical skills,

• Should be good at communications skills (Local Language is compulsory)

• Should have technical ability of appraising the Gold

• Should be aggressive and proactive in closing the task.

• Should have fair hands on experience on MS Office Tools.

Required Education and Experience:

• Graduate/Diploma(3yrs) from any field.[Minimum level of education required for this job]

• 2 years in the related sector [Minimum number of years of related work experience required for this job]
